General enquiries and support
Use this for anything about the site itself: a listing that looks wrong, a provider you cannot reach, a problem with your account, or a question about how something works.
Privacy, your data, and deletion requests
Use this to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your enquiry details deleted. We reply within 20 working days, which is the maximum the Privacy Act 2020 allows, and there is no charge. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
Providers
If your listing has been suspended, or an application was declined and you want it reconsidered, email support@localagents.co.nz and include your business name. We will have told you the reason. Reply to that message and it reaches the right place fastest.

Reporting a review
If a review about your business is untrue, abusive, or was not written by a real customer, email support@localagents.co.nz with the provider name and what is wrong with it. A moderator will look at it.
We will not remove a review only because it is unfavourable. Editing away honest customer experience is what makes a reviews section worthless to everybody.
